Event Registration

• To reserve a spot for any event, you must provide accurate information including your full name, phone number, and number of reserved spots.
• Registration is confirmed once you complete the process pay through the supported platforms (OMT, Whish Money, Neo by Bank Audi).

Payments

• Payments are processed externally via OMT, Whish Money, and Neo by Bank Audi.
• Gather For Hope does not process or store your payment details.
• Proof of payment may be required to confirm your registration.

Refund Policy

• If an event is canceled by us or the minimum number of participants is not met, all payments will be fully refunded.
• If you decide to cancel your reservation, you must notify us via WhatsApp or phone. In this case, no refunds will be provided.

Donations to Charity

• For every event, 20% of profits are donated to a selected charity.
• The chosen charity may vary from event to event and will be communicated on the event page or at the event itself.

Code of Conduct

By attending our events, you agree to:

• Respect other attendees, organizers, and venue staff.
• Not engage in disruptive, unlawful, or harmful behavior.
• Follow the rules and guidelines of each event.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals who violate these rules.

Limitation of Liability

• Gather For Hope is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during events.
• Our events do not include insurance coverage. Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal insurance if desired.
• We are not liable for technical issues with third-party payment platforms (OMT, Whish Money, Neo by Bank Audi).

Intellectual Property

All content on gatherforhope.com (logos, text, media, branding) is the property of Gather For Hope and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
